There are two ways to get the USB Enumeration :

1. You need to install the USB Device Driver or the USB Supplement before installing the PIIX4 Patch
2. Go into your Device Manager and under System Devices, remove PCI Bus (Do not Reboot) Close all windows until you get back to the Desktop. Run the PIIX4 Patch and Select to Un-install (Do not Reboot) Install the USB Device Driver or the USB Supplement. Then REBOOT. Install the PIIX4 Patch and reboot to find New Hardware.

After Windows95 stops detecting New Hardware go back to Device Manager - You should see the USB Diamond and under it should show the USB Controller and Hub - Then your USB Device should be operational.
