RAID Controllers

Our RAID solution is designed to fulfill the mass storage need of your mission critical information on your servers. It runs on all platforms and protocols (Novell, Windows NT , UNIX). Features such as hot-swappable, hot sparing, and ServerOnCall give you the highest performance and the most secure storage.

RAID is ideal for the main database servers, Web servers and special applications that require high reliability and low down time.

Unicomp Labs provides the most complete RAID solution. Our RAID products include high speed RAID controller cards from DPT and Adaptec, RAID housing tower cases (with redundant power supplies). Build-to-order RAID servers, RAID towers, Rack mount RAID units and all necessary accessories.


RAID Controllers  
  DPT SmartRAID controllers with built-in support for hardware RAID levels 0, 1 and 5 and up to 64MB of hardware cache using either DPT's ECC-protected SmartCorrect SIMMs or Standard 72-pin SIMMs. SmartRAID IV controllers use a faster processor, support flash-ROM and also support Ultra SCSI with up to 40MB/s transfer. They are available as 1, 2 or 3 channel controllers.
