To open a reseller account (For Resellers located in the United States), please fill out our Reseller Application. Fax it along with your State Resale Certificate (For reseller located in State of New York, please fill out this RESALE CERTIFICATE) and sign the agreement of TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Please fax them to 1-631-231-4842. Our sales representatives will contact you within 24 hours after receipt of your application.

New customers are advised that initial orders are paid C.O.D., Cashier's check or credit card. Subsequent orders will be C.O.D. company check with approval of our credit department. Net credit terms are reserved for established accounts only and are subject to credit approval. All forms must be signed and dated by the applicant(s). If you are using your credit cards for payment, the billing address of your credit card must be the same as the shipping address. If not, please contact your credit card company to add the shipping address to your account.
