To increase the speed and efficiency with which your returned products are tracked for repair, Unicomp Laboratories, Inc. now requires that all products be accompanied by an RMA Form.

With a completed RMA Form, you will be assured that any product you send us will be easily referenced when you contact us to check the status of the repair on your product. Please use the following methods to obtain an RMA Form then contact us for an accompanying RMA number.
